About The Hotel

Located in downtown Santa Fe, steps from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is an intimate world-class vacation retreat and New Mexico’s most lauded hotel. The 58-room boutique hotel unveiled a full guestroom reimagination in 2014 to embrace a moremodern, sophisticated aesthetic, while still celebrating the enduring creative spirit of the region’s Native Americans.

The guestroom design beautifully complements the Inn’s legendary décor andarchitecture, including works by local artisans, massive hand-carved doors, sculptured stairways and sandstone walls that whisper of prehistoric Pueblo living.

The world-renowned Anasazi Restaurant, Bar and Lounge was reimagined in 2015 to boast a chic, new design as well as the addition of a new lounge area and a dedicated tequila table. To complement the stunning new look, the restaurant’s menus epitomize modern Southwestern cuisine, featuring the strong ingredientsand flavors of the Southwest.

Sustainable Initiatives

Environmental Responsibility

Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi has partnered with Clean the World, a social enterprise that recycles discarded soaps and other bathroom amenities. It is estimated that the United States disposes 949 million bars of soap into landfills annually. Through this partnership, Rosewood Inn of theAnasazi’s leftover bathroom products will be sterilized, remanufactured and distributed to disadvantaged communities to promote public hygiene and sanitary living conditions. In addition, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi will begin phasing out print newspapers at the hotel and instead offer guests access to PressReader, a digital subscription service that offers over 7,700 publications from 90 countries. Rosewood was the only hotel in Santa Fe to participate in Earth Hour, a global event that mobilizes individuals, businesses and governments to turn off non-essential lights for one hour to spread awareness about the negative effects of climate change. The hotel has also eliminated disposable single-use plastic straws and partnered with The Reading Group to donate gently used books to low income families.
