A commitment to use locally grown and sourced ingredients wherever possible, Rosewood's initiative is borne out of respect for local farmers and indigenous agriculture and emphasizes maintaining a seasonal and diverse menu featuring local fare. The hotel has put in place Bermuda’s largest installation of solar hot water panels, using solar power golf carts, operates their own wastewater treatment plant, and uses two seawater reverse osmosis water systems that allow the resort to be completely self-sufficient.
