About The Hotel

Nukutepipi is an idyllic and unspoiled private island paradise located 6,000 km from the closest continent in the middle of the Pacific. One of the smallest atoll of the French Polynesia Tuamotu Archipelago, measuring approximately 5.6 km, surrounded by deep blue water and a unique ecosystem.

The ultra-luxury property, available only for buy outs, offers accommodation for up to 52 guests, spread across its master villa (which comes with a two-bedroom home and two separate one-bedroom bungalows), two junior villas with their own plunge pools, and 13 bungalows perched on the island's sugar-sand beach..

Nukutepipi is home to a unique collection of rare, tropical flora and fauna, as well as the aforementioned unspoiled beach that fades into crystalline tropical waters. And those stunningly clear waters have a protected lagoon and natural coral reefs.

Sustainable Initiatives

Environmental Conservation

Nukutepipi’s paradisiacal surrounds are inhabited by local fauna and a unique marine ecosystem, and the island is a natural sanctuary for more than 15 types of birds. The island’s accommodation has therefore been sensitively designed to not only pay tribute to the Polynesian cultural traditions to which the atoll belongs, but also with great respect for the natural environment. Nukutepipi has also prioritised several environmental initiatives and will ultimately work towards food self-sufficiency on the island. The use of solar energy and the recovery of rainwater are primary means of action in protecting the environment on the island. The atoll also aims to be almost self-sufficient in food thanks to the maintenance of a vegetable garden, the raising of chickens and the introduction of bees to encourage pollination.
