About The Hotel

Within sight of spirited Bocas Town in Bocas Del Toro, Panama, lies an extraordinary Balinese inspired over-the-water getaway, Nayara Bocas del Toro, which rivals the most breathtaking resorts in the world. Swim or snorkel directly from your overwater villa. Or explore the Caribbean waters surrounding the island via kayak or paddleboard. For a secluded snorkeling experience, the small island directly across from the villas hosts breathtaking sea life. Nayara Bocas del Toro cerulean waters are warm year-round.

Guests can enjoy 1,100 square feet of spectacular alfresco living, resting on stilts over the Caribbean Sea. In addition to a private pool and terrace, each villa features a king bed with sumptuous linens and an elegant hand-carved soapstone mural. In traditional Balinese style, artists dedicated over 1,000 hours to carving each villa’s teak wood furnishings.

Dining experience at The Elephant House and The Coral Café foregoes traditional all-inclusive fare in favor of local, farm-fresh ingredients and regional seafood sourced from Bocas fishermen.

Sustainable Initiatives

Environmental Protection and Conservation

Nayara Bocas del Toro is adopting green energy through launch of new island solar plant. Island resort will receive 100 percent of its electricity from new green energy source, complementing a host of sustainability initiatives that will reduce CO2 production. Alongside the drive to lower carbon emissions through converting to solar energy, Nayara Bocas del Torod is also increasing its commitment to water recycling for irrigation and reuse of water in the laundry. A glass water-bottling system is in place to remove the requirement for disposable plastic water bottles, allowing the Resort to refrain from using any plastic bottles or straws. The approach to minimising carbon footprint is also seen through the use of eco-friendly wastewater treatment system engineered specifically for a mangrove island.
