Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery
Celebrating an enchanting mix of high fashion glamour and colourful hill tribe style
About The Hotel
Hotel de la Coupole is a hidden jewel of high-end design and sophistication situated among the mountaintops of the beautiful and secluded Vietnamese mountain town of Sapa. On arrival, intrepid travellers will be rewarded not only by the unspoilt natural beauty of Sapa itself, but also by the unique hotel which is truly a feast for the senses. Created by world-renowned designer Bill Bensley, every element of the hotel has been designed to pay homage to Sapa’s fascinating past during the 1920s and ‘30s French Indochine era as well as taking inspiration from Sapa itself – from its vibrant green rice paddies to its colourful tribal clothes.
Guests of the hotel will be transported to another world of grandeur and glamour where rich colors and textures inspired by the minority tribes of Sapa merge with elegant French haute couture inspired furniture, tribal crafts and paintings. The striking interiors and vibrant surroundings combine antiques, vintage items, trinkets and ethnic motifs to bring a flamboyant yet sophisticated feel throughout the hotel. Sweeping views of Sapa valley can be admired through large windows, or from walkways, terraces and balconies, providing an unforgettable backdrop to a truly memorable stay.
Surrounded by the region's iconic rice paddies, the hotel is the town's only international 5-star hotel and provides 249 luxurious uniquely decorated rooms and suites, signature restaurants and rooftop bar, a tranquil wellbeing spa, and banqueting venues for bespoke destination meetings and events.
