About The Hotel

Nestled in the evergreen foothills of the Volcan de Colima, the Hacienda de San Antonio is a captivating pocket of living history, retaining the grandeur of a traditional Mexicano home. Verdant garden courtyards and endless shaded corridors unfold into the hacienda’s own Rancho Jabali, a 5,000-acre working ranch, presenting myriad possibilities for relaxation and adventure. With just 25 individually designed suites, this is an exclusive destination offering the highest levels of personalized service and a range of outdoor activities immersing guests into the unspoilt nature surrounding the property.

Thoughtfully decorated by Alix Marcaccini, in collaboration with Armand Aubery, Hacienda de San Antonio’s 22 Suites and 3 Grand Suites echo the design and traditions of a large Mexican home. Hand-made wool carpets from Oaxaca, European textiles and art pieces personally collected by the family, give each room a distinctive character. The high ceilings and large French windows invite the outside in, and overstuffed sofas and wood-burning fireplaces create a welcoming retreat for the cooler mountain evenings.

Environmental Protection

PROFEPA is an institution that works with society, in which its members are environmental guarantors and where a true environmental culture based on prevention is built.
