About The Hotel

COMO Uma Paro sits on a tree-clad hill overlooking the town of Paro and is only a 10-minute drive from Bhutan's international airport.

All villas and rooms combine the colourful accents of traditional Bhutanese craftsmanship with the clean-lined contemporary design for which COMO Hotels and Resorts is known.

COMO Shambhala Retreat at the Paro resort features two private Bhutanese hot-stone bathhouses, an indoor pool, a mountain-facing sundeck and more. All treatments can also be brought to you; each of the eight villas have their own therapy suite for wellness in total seclusion.

Much of Como's produce comes from the organic kitchen garden, which is maintained in partnership with local farmers from the Paro Valley, allowing Como a bounty of fresh and vital ingredients.
